      Some good people who care about their work and delivering for customers Focus on ethics is important to many employees Decent benefits, but some erosion since spin-off of new SAIC Interesting projects interspersed with not-so-interesting work Opportunities for interesting work are out there if you seek them

      Erosion of employee focus began when the company went public and accelerated after the spin-off of new SAIC As with nearly any working environment, some people do not apply themselves as much as others, and it affects team success
