      Pros

      The Integrated Securities Division is very invested in the success of their department and there is much room for lateral movement and professional growth on contracts.

      Cons

      Near as I can tell, there have not been any to speak of to date.

      Worst decision I ever made was accepting a job with Leidos.

      Pros

      The pay. The people I worked with at my site were great people. But that's all I can say about Leidos pros.

      Cons

      Benefits were terrible, no training, in 19 months I saw my boss once, communication from management was always negative, questionable ethics, etc.

      Motivated employees, internal culture of excellence is driven by individuals with high standards kept alive by the legacy employees from the employee-owned SAIC days.

      Cons

      - Internal employee appreciation, development and training has been significantly impacted and degraded. - The company is searching for identity and purpose. Is it a government services or commercial solutions company? Executive leadership has been struggling since the SAIC - Leidos split. Hasty decisions and resource reductions have been made while superficial expenses and commitments have been taken on (Sponsoring DC United & Ripken Stadium).
