Pros

The company has good benefits and offers a 401k. It's easy to get to work and they provide covered parking (which is great in 100+ degree heat). Working lunches is allowed and schedules are a little flexible with time off allowed.

Cons

Very difficult to move up within the company. Almost no development plans and some of the new departments (less than a few years) have little to no concrete structure of how to do the job and proper training.

Pros

- Working from home - Some flexibility with what time your shift starts and ends - 401k match and vestment

Cons

Prepare to be micromanaged and spoken down to. This while constantly having increased work load and shorter deadlines with no Cost of Living Adjustment in almost 4 years, pay that is $5,000-10,000 per year below market for similar positions, management that does NOT have your back and constantly changing procedures and expectations which are not consistent across supervisors. There is a reason turnover is high now.

Pros

Flexible schedule is great, when you aren't so busy that you can actually take advantage of it Some of the people are really nice to work with

Cons

Even if you "exceed expectations" in your yearly performance review, you get a crappy 2% raise like all the other people who barely try. It doesn't matter how hard you bust your butt, you never get anything but a "thank" email and even those are rare. Zero job security, people have been laid off after 8 years with the company with nothing more than a 2 day notice. Management literally does nothing. They're not required to be online and attached to their computers all day (active on Teams). Also, some employees somehow get away with this as well.
