      Bad and getting worse.

      Benefits, such as stock purchase plan and health insurance

      Cons

      The whole employee comittment and team feeling is gone. Everyone's out for themselves. Penny pinching on salaries in order to stay "competitive". Management has no idea what's going on and PMs do not communicate well, if at all. Leidos is experiencing a major brain drain and management is asleep at the switch. Its the only place I know where employee initiative for advanced degrees or professional certifications is npt recognized, reimbursed or rewarded

      Pros

      Leidos will pay you will if you are on a contract. On occasion you will get stock bonuses as well.

      Cons

      If you are in a situation in which you are no longer billable, you are gone! Hero to zero in exactly two weeks. As an employee you are a number, nothing else.
