      Pros

      Was with the company for almost 29 years when they were SAIC then Leidos. They were an amazing place to work for many years prior to becoming a public company.

      Cons

      Moved all accounting jobs from San Diego to lower cost areas and in the process laid off many long time very hard working employees.

      Nice people, most of them.

      Cons

      Leidos (SAIC) is a bunch of little empires: it's a large company only for PR reasons as far as I can tell. It's had CEOs who were completely clueless: insisting these small entities compete only for large contracts: good luck with that. When (not if) you're laid off, you'll have no more chance at a new job with Leidos than a complete stranger: really stupid policy.

      People you work with daily are nice.

      Cons

      When are they ever going to fire the entire executive team including the board of directors and bring in management that knows what it is doing. What a disgrace. They have ruined a formerly good company and now it is a joke in the industry.
