      Horrible health care options (they made a recent announcement to make revisions, but we will see).

      Great company but hard to get a raise or promotion

      Pros

      Great benefits and cutting edge research. This branch of Leidos works for NCI so access to NIH resources is great. Very flexible company.

      Cons

      Raises are low, can be hard to justify promotions, and senior management is top-heavy.

      Pros

      Some of the people there are great and talented with hard work ethics. There are many avenues you can choose once established there with your career path.

      Cons

      Although you find those who telecommute often abuse the system and are always unreachable when they are listed on-call. Company has had several rounds of layoffs and it appears to not be getting any better. This location is on the verge of extinction and was once the headquarters of SAIC.
