      Pros

      Every day is a new puzzle. The company is true to its motto of solving tomorrow's problems today. Very real problems and very interesting work. The CEO is both inspiring and keeps his word.

      Cons

      Expectations are set on you outside of your role and expertise. It's room to grow, but it also can be overwhelming. The company and teams are siloed to the nth degree, and there is very little cross-team integration.

      Pros

      Great company to work for-does amazing work for our government. Salary was good for responsibilities. Autonomy is a plus for most people.

      Cons

      No career development. Company's divisions seem to hurt more than help employees as well as cross selling opportunities. Slow to change

      Pros

      Work is client based, so your work varies based on who your client(s) are. Quality of work/office varies depending on who you work under. Corporate HR and management are competent. Mostly good support amongst peers. Opportunity for learning. Good place for new hires for new learning out of college.

      Cons

      If work is tied to one client, you are limited in work. Especially true for the office I am at. Stuck with one client so work is boring/tedious most of the time. When work has to get reviewed before getting sent to client, it gets bottlenecked due to lack of experienced high level engineers/managers. That in turn slows progress and quality of work goes down in addition to morale.
