Pros

There used to be pros but after getting burned and making so many sacrifices for the company - all pros are erased from the memory.

Cons

They operate off of the Good Old Boys Club.

Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to create a work environment that is always welcoming and follows ethical standards. We pride ourselves in providing our employees with an upscale work environment. If you have specific feedback, please reach out to Ryan Rasar at ryan@leisurecare.com. Also, for clarification, we do not pay employees to leave reviews. We do encourage them to leave reviews for several reasons: to get honest feedback from our employees, and Glassdoor requires companies to capture at least 10 reviews a year to make the company’s OpenCompany badge status.

Pros

This company is a power house for some of the supervisors. People get promoted even if you don't know anything related to the work area.

Cons

If I could give this company negative stars, I would-I do not believe all the five stars (the CURRENT employees). This company promotes homogeneous personality from everyone and if you don't go with it you're the topic of excessive gossip. This company is more immature than the high schoolers. I've worked to the bones for this company working late nighters and even weekends and if you're not on their good side you get bullied no matter what and when you finally stand up for yourself the passive aggressive supervisor that worked with me gossips to the extreme. People get promoted not for the amount of knowledge or experience they have, but rather how social they are in the company. There are at least once a month events during the work hour which requires you to attend with drinking involved and gets continued after hours. This supervisor used get mad if she wasn't invited to these sorts of things.
