Understaffed - When you are profit based, family is no longer the number 1 of the "Three-Thirds Lifestyle"; unless you work for corporate. The responsibilities call for long hours when you do not have help. That, or get written up or a negative annual review for not doing a good job.
Management - There is no true care when it comes to the residents. Residents complain about certain departments and zero changes are made. Management and supervisors just complain about residents complaining.
Support - There is a huge lack of support from supervisors and management. Non-managerial employees work longer hours than supervisors or management.
Residents - They are not only the ones who pay your bills, they are also the ones LeisureCare depends on to provide you a Christmas/Holiday Bonus. Because residents are not allow to give monetary tips, LeisureCare has what they call 'Holiday Appreciation Fund' and the committee send out letters to residents ask for them to donate to the fund. Bonuses do not come from LeisureCare - they simply just check your paycheck.
Drama - With most companies, there is 'DRAMA' but what sets LeisureCare properties aside is if you don't get involved in the backstabbing or drama then you are labeled "problematic".
