Pros

Leisure Care will spend millions on updating a facility. Unfortunately they do not realize that the appearance is not more important than the personal care and consideration of the residents.

Cons

Before Leisure Care takes over another Retirement Center, they will promise that the current employees will keep their jobs. When they finally do take over, they will fire the old employees no matter how long they have been with the company. They hire young, hourly people. They show no regard for resident's input. Residents reach out to former employees about how unhappy they are...very sad.

NONE AT ALL, the worst employment experience ever!

Cons

They are ruthless and dishonest people to be employed by. Their word means nothing. They promised everyone, that they would keep their jobs at a takeover, THEY LIED, only four people remained, the rest were fired for no real reason at all. They are concerned about MONEY only, I would never ever want my parents in their care. A nightmare company to be employed by!

The co-workers that are there for the right reason, which is caring for seniors. Meeting and interacting with incredible senior citizens

Cons

TOXIC NEPOTISM. Rampant gossiping and backstabbing. People that care about the seniors end up working till they drop, while some individuals only put up a show in front of management and corporate figures, then go back to their personal agendas.
