Not a good work environment or culture - stay away

Cons

Managers that create hostile work environment, terrible attitudes, horrible examples to follow. Managers who encourage gossiping, bullying and being unprofessional. Horrible work culture! It’s not worth it benefits suck and there is no sort of employee appreciation with this company. They don’t give a damn about bodies just profit very very mediocre

The company gives competitive commissions to those who do minimal work.

Cons

Terrible management, negative employees, low salary, over time and extra hours not compensated, limited training, biased against employees, intrusive, unstructured, horrible chain of command and they reward the laziest and least working employees with the most money and bonuses.
