They tend to use commissions as performance control. Pay plans changed to keep pay at specific range and regularly. One year it changed three times.

Outstanding management, has your back when it comes to closing deals and training. The new manager doesn’t just sit behind his desk and do nothing. He actually explains why he does things so I can learn. I’ve been here for almost a year and have been waiting for a manager like this as this store has serious potential. They have a $350 weekly salary plus bonuses and commissions. Lots of opportunity.

Cons

One of the managers doesn’t do much and is very unorganized. The other one is usually who I bring my deals to so I can learn and he will close deals for me.
