There is usually some time to complete homework for College students. Staff are for the most part very nice to work with. If one wants to work more shifts, there are generally options

Cons

Be ready to say no for shifts you can't work because they will ask! So make your boundaries

Lvf is a wonderful agency to work for and a great starting place to get your foot in the door. They do a lot for their employees and for the community and depending on the department you work in there is a good opportunity for moving up.
