Cons
- Underfunded & Understaffed for actual needs. - Minimal room for advancement into better paying facilities/positions of authority without a Masters Degree, even for non-degree requirement positions. - Minimal continued education benefits to obtain degree. - Bonus isn't guaranteed, and low pay without it - however LVF is an industry leader in pay, the whole industry/role is underappreciated/underpaid. ***Can be a livable breadwinner wage if you work all the time and don't expect work/life balance with the bonus that could expire at any time - which is hard for stability/ morale/ continued employment/ advancement.
