      compensation and ability to grow with the company . . . . . good, nice co-workers . . . . family-like environment . . . . approachable senior management, one of the few HQ public companies left in S. FL.

      Cons

      sweat shop . . . . . many hard workers, but not necessarilly the brightest people . . . . . publically-held company ran like a private/small business (few decision makers) . . . . very poor non-integrated systems . . . . . manual processes requiring large headcount ($$$$$)

      Pros

      Solid company, management does what is necessary to maintain financial strength in a difficult industry. Still one of the better companies in S FL.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement are limited, sometimes hours are long, pay increases limited in large part to deep problems in real estate industry.
