Pros
Lennar seems to be a good company, overall. They have a great on-boarding process and, in general, appear to be a good place to work.
Cons
Like at most companies, it's the local management which determines if a job is good or bad. The Ocala office has a relatively new Division President who is poor at the job. A nervous individual, his lack of experience and self doubt to his abilities, made the office tense. Shortly after I started, another director left and she wished me luck and that the stress of "everything is always on fire" made her leave.
