Pros

Exposure to high-volume, complex deals – Worked on large-scale subdivisions and master-planned communities. Cross-functional collaboration – Gained experience working closely with development, sales, purchasing, and executive leadership. Structured processes and tools – Clear frameworks for underwriting, due diligence, and deal submission. Access to market data and comps – Valuable resources for analysis and learning. Supportive direct manager – Provided guidance and regular feedback on performance.

Cons

Limited upward mobility in certain divisions – Role can feel capped unless someone leaves or the division expands.

Pros

Meeting really nice people and nice office space as well as food options.

Cons

They made a change is HR management and the place has not been the same, said by people that had worked there for over 40 years. Managers are toxic and there is a lot of preferential treatment based on who you're friends with. Pay is pretty low as well for the stress levels. People that are terrible at their job are protected at all costs because the leaders like them and then people drowning in work that ask for help get written up or fired.
