      Pros

      - coworkers were great - you could get ahead if you were friendly with the right people

      Cons

      - software build was a joke, with very little adoption -process centric, but leadership did not hold their staff accountable; since leaving those very leaders have been promoted - Sad - Nothing is EVER confidential

      Pros

      Size of Chicago base location gives you the opportunity to direct questions and concerns to office/senior manager.

      Cons

      No growth in administrative roles, office culture not intended for corporate minded professional personnel. Considers client closing Managing Directors not staff members (office managers, administrative staff etc.).

      Poor salaries, high turnover rate

      Diverse office of younger and older crowd, employees are nice although gossip is a problem, hard workers

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments, employees underpaid, annual increases and bonuses are not great, high turnover rate and low employee morale
