      Pros

      Opportunities to learn and grow. As a client facing employee, also have opportunities to serve and preset to clients face-to-face. Can learn how to work with clients as someone new to sales. Also has great opportunities to grow as a seasoned sales person.

      Cons

      Limited chances to meet and work with colleagues in regions. Not enough opportunities to see colleagues who work in other parts of the country face-to-face; can make employees in the regions feel isolated.

      Communication leading up to the interview was prompt and considerate.

      Cons

      I was scheduled for an introductory interview with Lenox; however, they failed to call at the appointed time and did not provide any subsequent updates or apologies, even after I reached out via email. I recognize that I may not have been the ideal candidate, but I expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy in communication. This experience has, unfortunately, given me a negative first impression of the company's culture and professionalism.
