Pros
• Lenox is small enough where everybody knows your name, a rare occurrence in NYC finance • The people are what makes Lenox unique, very team oriented “can do” attitude • Great benefits and 401(k) matching programs • On-site training and encouragement to participate in continuing education programs • Open door access to Managers and Partners • Ability to really have an impact on the business and culture • Flexible work schedule
Cons
• Lots changes taking place, and many of them are positive, but depending on your manager, they may not be actively communicated • Pay isn’t competitive for NYC, but depending on your role and responsibilities, work/life balance makes up for it
