      Pros

      I've been at Lenox for 10 yrs, & in the industry over 20 in total. I've found Lenox to be the only truly "comprehensive" organization, truly working with clients on all aspects of their finances: planning, cash flow, asset management and insurance. A collaborative firm where I can turn to any of my colleagues (from newest associates to our partners) for help, advice or just basic strategy sessions at any time.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains of a smaller organization morphing into a mid-size firm. If anything of importance, just that at times communication could be better. More a function of all that is going on than anything else.
