We are managed by an Operating Committee of both senior leaders and junior managers to represent the mosaic of age, gender, ethnicities, and backgrounds of our employees, advisors and clients. 2. Our Operating Committee continually surveys employees, advisors, peers, and clients to gauge our culture, processes, policies and benefits to measure satisfaction, success and improvements that may be needed. We’re proud to note that Lenox has been listed as a “Great Place to Work” in 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on our employees’ response to Fortune’s annual survey.
