Pros

Excellent technology and culture for a financial service sector firm. Ethical, client-centered approach. No ambiguity, client's needs satiated - everyone wins.

Cons

Have been there since its' earlier/smaller stages. Typical growing pains. Now a mid-size firm.

Pros

Can't think of a pro. This is an insurance agency run by insurance agents. You can do the math.

Cons

Being that this is an insurance agency they will do whatever they can to manipulate, exaggerate or omit what happens here. They pretend to be "wealth managers", but they are not. They sell whole life insurance and DI policies. If that's your bag- I'm sure you can find a shop with less nonsense. If you actually came from a Wall Street background I'd just look elsewhere. They strut around their office as kings of their own personal universe- which is as funny as it sounds.
