      Definitely not what I was looking for as a place to retire or even stay another 6 months..

      Pros

      Size of Chicago base location gives you the opportunity to direct questions and concerns to office/senior manager.

      Cons

      No growth in administrative roles, office culture not intended for corporate minded professional personnel. Considers client closing Managing Directors not staff members (office managers, administrative staff etc.).

      Pros

      Lenox Advisors is a great company. People are willing to help one another. There is true team work when it comes to getting the job done.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do at the company and you work hard and need to make sure you manage your time. I don't think that Is different at any other financial services company.
