      Good experience for mid-career professional

      Pros

      Because of its size, employees can get to know their colleagues and senior management. Can ask senior managers questions directly without going thru red tape.

      Cons

      Not enough communication from management to staff. Too few emails and other forms of communications (i.e. town halls) from senior management. Employees don’t always know what’s going on at all times.

      Pros

      Opportunities to learn and grow. As a client facing employee, also have opportunities to serve and preset to clients face-to-face. Can learn how to work with clients as someone new to sales. Also has great opportunities to grow as a seasoned sales person.

      Cons

      Limited chances to meet and work with colleagues in regions. Not enough opportunities to see colleagues who work in other parts of the country face-to-face; can make employees in the regions feel isolated.

      Poor salaries, high turnover rate

      Diverse office of younger and older crowd, employees are nice although gossip is a problem, hard workers

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments, employees underpaid, annual increases and bonuses are not great, high turnover rate and low employee morale
