Good benefits plan for full time employees

Cons

No insurance for part time employees, even those who had been insured for years lost their insurance. Upper management in the library system is appallingly bad. They play favorites with some employees, while denigrating others. Absolutely cliquish behavior among departments. Human Resources is absolutely ridiculously unorganized and ineffective.
