      Lied too for 5 years the lazy get promotions

      Pros

      The company and what we do is awesome. It's the list of 'Cons' that make it not worth it. Dealt with it for just 5 years and had enough.

      Cons

      The supervisors, HR, and Union being all being in cahoots to cover up blatant lies, harassment, and retaliation (even when documented) completely kills your morale and will to work for them. A guy came back to a promotion and a raise after being in jail for 8 months, he's on of the few that got a promotion but HR and management quickly found out that us other replaceable employees saw that, creating a lot of negative speculation. 3 supervisors in particular has been reported more than 100 times easily in the 4 years i've been here, for the same exact treatment just different person (probably not even reported just talked too and a slap on the wrist.) This is a union job not a career. Other departments may be diffferent but, my area seems to have it's own policies (atleast these supervisors think so)
