Business Outlook
Pros
Tactical Systems Compensation good for the area. If you can join the "club" you can get exposure to a lot of different areas of the company.
Cons
Management is good ole boy. If you aren't in the club there is no future regardless of skills or unpaid overtime worked to support the project. No communication from the GM or upper management. Business appears to be on sharp decline with heavy layoffs occurring. This is before the defense budget cuts that will be coming from congress. More will come if they don't get new business quickly!
