Lack of tooling, work instructions and training. No upward movement if you are not in the club. Jobs are not posted until the last minute and only known to those that are wanted for the position. If you are a woman in production you will NOT move up. There is not one woman on the production floor that is a team lead, supervisor or manager. How they skirt the equal opportunity laws is beyond me.
