Producing cut rate solutions quickly for government procurement agencies who demand top quality solutions while cutting corners , demanding unreasonable delivery dates, and waving process standards Fast pace engineering solutions

Cons

No flex time, no sick leave, expected to work overtime weekend after weekend. Growing pains and trying to implement processes without upper management support. Inadequate staffing and talent to complete the work as needed. No review processes. No clear set of objects from the top down.
