Small company atmosphere, minimal bureaucracy, rapid pace.

Cons

3 VPs in 3 years; no strategic vision, no business plan other than 'hope', too much reliance upon legacy TI history and 'us against the world'. Insufficient experience in line managers results in floundering staff. Experienced staff (worked other places) are continually frustrated with lack of guidance to those that need it. Declining business base with no workable plan to grow.

Good benefits, nice co-workers, sense of pride doing work for the Navy

Cons

Management is an incompetent arrogant good old boys network and out of touch with the products, culture of intimidation and ethics violations, HR is useless, poor salary compared to similar companies. Talent and knowledge at your position is not appreciated.
