Work days, (every other Friday Off) benefits were very good 4% match to 401K, company values were excellent.

Cons

Advancement was slow, so many employees would not retire, leaving very few openings.

Pros

Great compensation, great benefits and 401K match. Great place to work if your self respect is for sale to the highest bidder. Co-workers were mostly a joy to work with.

Cons

The culture here is poisonous. Management is abusive and often slow to catch on to what is really going on here. Problems are not addressed between departments, for fear of "ruffling feathers", so no issues really ever get solved. Check your reason at the door, the processes in place here are often mind-bogglingly inept, and very slow to improve.
