Lessen Senior Operations Manager reviews

I’ve never worked for an employer that makes its employees feel as unimportant as Lessen does. From their clawback of remote work to condescending employee appreciation events that only acknowledged higher performing individuals, Lessen has made it clear that they don’t trust or care about their employees. They’ve gone through ~6 rounds of layoffs and continue to cut people. Would not recommend.
