Pros
The maintenance coordination team was great, the in-house technicians were great to work with. We were all laid off.
Cons
Little structure to management, you'll be given management work but no pay raises or title changes. There is no communication between the highest up and the ground workers, as my manager couldn't give us any insight to the acquisition and how it would effect our positions before our department was laid off.
