Pros

It's a great opportunity to be part of a company that has a great mission, a really broad market opportunity (helping teams of any kind be better trained), and a culture that is both customer focused and employee focused! I love being part of a team that knows it needs to get better but still loves who we are now.

Pros

Amazing culture Wonderful team Competitive/Collaborative Environment Great Product Excellent Communication with Executive Team Encouraged Work/Life Balance Open and Honest Discussion on Areas We Need to Improve Opportunity to Earn is Generous Be a Person, Not a Number That's the high-level but I could go on and on. I've worked for two other tech companies prior to Lessonly. One was a corporate tech company that consistently won "Best Place to Work" and another was a mid-size private tech company that was also a fantastic work environment. I don't love Lessonly because I've had bad experiences, I love it because I've had great experiences and this surpasses them all. My experience at Lessonly has been a breath of fresh air. I love coming to work every day. I love the people who I work with. I love the product we sell and the problems we solve. I count myself blessed to be part of what we're building. Our CEO, Max, is incredibly engaged and honestly is a lot of the reason that the culture is as special as it is. I'm a firm believer of top-down culture, but I also appreciate that Lessonly is very careful through hiring because negative culture can also culminate bottom-up. If you want to come to work every day to a collaborative and competitive work environment, come to Lessonly. If you want to do more than check a box and hit a number, come to Lessonly. If you are passionate about learning and empowering employers to really maximize their relationships with their people, come to Lessonly. If you want to be challenged, encouraged, and motivated each day, come to Lessonly. Also, if you have a thing for llamas, this might be the place for you :) Seriously, it's great.

Cons

I can't really think of any. I think the only "con" to consider is if you aren't comfortable with high growth and change, it may not be a great fit for you.
