Lessonly has great camaraderie and culture. Employees enjoy being there and working together. Leadership does a great job of keeping our mission and values at the center of each decision and communicating that to the rest of the company.

Cons

Lessonly faces the same pain points of any company that's growing quickly. While this can be challenging at times, it provides a great opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

I trust Lessonly's management and appreciate their efforts to help employees develop both personally and professionally. Culture promotes transparency, viewing challenges as opportunities, and having fun while working hard.

Cons

Because of fast-paced hiring and a rapidly expanding number of clients, growing pains are unavoidable. With that said, management works hard to maintain the culture that makes Lessonly special and mitigate inconveniences.
