Pros

The culture of Lessonly and transparency of the leadership of great, not to mention the rapid growth of the company.

Cons

As a younger company, processes are not always fully fleshed out meaning that there can sometimes be challenges with how to handle certain scenarios.

Pros

Culture really encourages collaboration and making sure all voices feel heard. It also promotes a strong work-life balance for a tech startup. They are also making concerted efforts to not just have a strong culture with good perks, but also pay more competitively in a remote/hybrid world, with employees all over the US.

Cons

Not really a con, but the company is transitioning from startup to a scale up, which means a little more standardization and role clarity, and employees you need to keep up/embrace change.
