Pros

Hourly pay as well as commission..

Cons

Not sure if the same employees are there, but when I was there, the people I worked with were racist and anti-sematic. Also, you're required to call existing customers three times a day if you don't reach the customer the first or second time. Plus, you pretty much have to be dishonest with customers in order to attempt to get them to come into the dealership.

Pros

I never enjoyed going to work, here I not only love my job but I enjoy the environment. The management Team is supportive and fun. A healthy mix. Anytime I need help, I put in a T/O and with in a timely manner my request is taken care of. The position can be challenging but rewarding, it’s a performance based Job with the opportunity to make more money.

Cons

I don’t have any that I consider a true Con.
