Pros

I work at Lester Glenn Jeep and the management here is the best. They are very accommodating to your schedule outside of work. They care about you as a person and appreciate your hard work and your value. There is never a dull moment when you work here. I had work here starting June 24th 2020 and I ended up moving to Arkansas in February, which only lasted about 4 months and when I came home I was able to get my job back and I am so happy. I would not work anywhere else. This is my favorite job and I sincerely mean this.

Cons

Not being biased, but in my honest opinion, there are no cons about working for this company.

Cons

Pressure to produce Management is a bit out of touch with what's going on. To make good hours on the flat rate system its almost required to stay late daily. Vehicles are constantly getting more difficult to work on. No organization of special tools and no inventory. 35 hour guarantee.
