Cons

Work culture is a mess. Lack of work ethics and professionalism. Poor and chaotic management. Irrelevant Job titles "VPs!!!" Little to no communication. No room for growth. Mediocre and below average Pay "PTOs and benefits". No 401K match. Promotions are based on favoritism not competence. Violation of the right to employees privacy Lack of Teamwork and organization. Working with amateurs, delusional and vicious clowns with fake college degrees/certifications.

1. Easy to take on and define large goals, if you are passionate about it 2. Cross-departmental conversations can be easily facilitated

1. Management lacks a sense of purpose and direction 2. No leadership training is provided to first-time people managers leading to poor communication and responsibility-sharing 3. While it is easy to work on large goals, getting buy-in for implementation can be the hardest part 4. Extremely poor compensation that does not meet industry standard apart from base salary
