      For a career server, this company is solid.

      Pros

      Serving customers food and beverage can be difficult. No matter where you work, you will run into the terrible guest. Wildfire, Eden Prairie is a very nice place to work. You know what is expected of you. The management does not tend to micromanage. the money is good for a suburban restaurant.

      Cons

      Since everything has a place and everything in its place, the corporate attitude does not allow for autonomy. Having to get a manager every time you need a bottle of wine, or to add gratuity to a check can be a pain

      Great team environment, good money, approachable management.. there's a reason they've been so successful.

      Hours can be demanding, but that is normal in the service industry

      The money can be very good. The management is supportive of the staff, for the most part, and easy to get along with. The server incentive programs are very good.

      Cons

      It can be challenging to wait on the clientele at times. Temporarily experienced a hostile work environment due to managements lack of leadership.
