      Pros

      Great place to work, excellent FOH and BOH staff. Management is respectful, fun and engaging. Hard work is appreciated and noted. Clientele can be challenging but tip appropriately. If looking for a serving job...strongly consider one of their concepts. Managing Partners provide great leadership and direction.

      Cons

      Like any large organizations there can be annoying corporate rules/procedures...but most of them are designed with legality issues in mind, and have purpose.

      Pros

      Excellent food quality! Commitment to the highest level of integrity in all areas. Upper management very y knowledgeable and accessible. Very positive daily working environment.

      Cons

      Advancement sometimes based more on situation than competency. Sometimes the work ethic between managers became unbalanced albeit usually corrected after some time.

      Fun, good work environment, great training for managers. Good team work between staff and managers. very organized in buisiness operations. Great food, well executed. Chefs know what they ar e doing. Fairly flexible work schedule, good benefits. nice people to work with, very professional. good leadership from Lettuce headquarters. flexiblility in style of management to a point. well organized reporting systems already set up.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours due to busy seasons and special events. As with any food business, customer demands can be annoying. Some team members do not pull their weight, but those are readily dismissed from their jobs.
