Pros

The "people" from top to bottom are just fantastic to work with. A SUPER positive work environment with a great company culture The benefits with 401k and 401k match are an outstanding offering to any potential employees. TEAM first environment with great potential for growth.

Cons

None that I can think of. L3 is a GREAT place to work.
