Pros

A great company to work for! Level 3 cares about their employees and make you feel appreciated for your work. Fast paced work environment. Management is always looking for ways to better the process and open to anyone's ideas. Depending on your job, able to work from home or office. Learning new skills and taking training classes is highly encouraged.

Best Culture Ever

Pros

Leadership is purposeful about maintaining a great culture. We have a culture captain and there are voluntary culture meetings every month where we come together and talk about different topics as a group. We also have a philanthropy group that organizes quarterly charity events, which includes company hikes and Christmas Adopt a Family. If you feel you have the same values as this company, you will love it. I love working with everyone here. I have never experienced this level of teamwork between departments and throughout the company as I have at Level 3. Thank you to all of you that I work with every day. Values: Improve Every Day Do Whatever it Takes Take Ownership Slow Down to Speed Up (Establish processes) Learn, Share, Repeat Elevate Others Above all - Build Trust

If someone does not share the same values as Level 3, they will most likely not thrive here.
