Basically ignored UK employment law and TUPE and took away benefits. No clear strategy or plan. Concerning comments and approach from the top

A few of us from Trustwave laid off with no cross company comparison of my performance or utilisation; appears to be a bit a of coup. All the former talent from Stroz Friedberg London had moved on, I was hoping to see the actual brilliant employees promoted. Nope, they are onto better things. Former Trustwave DFIR were left with all the middle management with the charisma of a wet blanket, I hoped the former middle management had moved on or decided to go into totally different careers. I expect no where else would want them except correctional facilities and/or council parking officers. Logged onto Monday meeting with 3-4 SF managers maybe one consultant I recognized from Stroz. A number of brands gutted Stroz/Trustwave over the years. LevelBlue is a brand no one has heard off, sounds like sanitary products. Our retainer clients were really annoyed as pulled half way off a job. Best outcome was being made redundant.
