Pros
Minimal.. sales are in decline and most people are doing multiple jobs for less pay.
Cons
Commission manipulation and impossible quotas to ensure even top sales people can’t hit targets. Layoffs, cost cutting, and acquisition of other companies seem to be the sole priority. There is no executive focus on an organic growth strategy. Sales seems to be looked at as an expense rather than an asset for growth.
