Pros
The benefits like healthcare, on site gym, and 401k are fantastic. There's constantly something going on that involves family and employees getting together. You can approach anyone, no matter the title, and just have a casual conversation with them which makes the workplace have almost zero stress.
Cons
I wish there was a little more opportunity to learn. Whether it be taking advantage of the education department and gaining certification to better perform at your job or maybe some optional classes that we can take.
