      Pros

      Retail management peers are hard working and inspirational. The brand has a huge global following that brings a broad customer base from around the world.

      Cons

      There is little room for growth for field leaders. Individuals are expected to take on more than their intended job roles due to outdated systems and corporate disorganization. Extreme turnover rate due to lack of leadership and inability to compete in the marketplace. No investment in talent.

      The employee discount is one of the few pros.

      Cons

      The managers are full of themselves and quite simply just terrible people. It's a boring job.

      Pros

      The people who you work with are usually happy go lucky. Nice people, smart and easy going. The company has a strong level of brand recognition and that allows for you to have pride in the company.

      Cons

      There is no space to move up. The raises suck and if your store doesn't do well they try to justify not giving you a fair raise. There is a lot of personal drama that gets tied into how you are evaluated. At the end of the day it isn't black and white, if a member of management doesn't like you that is the end of you.
