      30 % off , but only on full priced things.

      i worked here for two years I was a sales lead out in miami somewhere, this place is garbage you work your ass off to get promoted and they always promise that you'll move forward but hey you better be patient and they never promote internally always outsourcing they dont trust their own employees.

      Generally, nice people. Great brand heritage and strong community involvement.

      Cons

      Senior Executive Leadership Team is heavy on sizzle but light on substance. Recycled operating models and accompanying strategies and buzz words. Other than LGBT, there's an alarming lack of diversity and inclusion in a multitude of areas/levels of the company.
