      A company that doesn't live up to the "All American Brand" concept

      Pros

      You get some great history knowledge of the brand and jeans in general.

      Cons

      Poor training, high expectations with low pay, outdated computer systems, a horrible HR department, most of HR and IT is outsourced outside the country, a completely disorganized corporate system, not putting the money in the right places for improving processes, little to know room for growth.

      Horribly disorganized upper management

      Good pay, really easy job for a seasoned store manager, friendly staff

      Cons

      Tons of disorganization and changes at the top. Very difficult to get feedback and issues addressed in your store due to DM changes. Had a horrible HR situation while terminating a volatile employee and very little was done to help myself and the staff. Non-existent training and visual programs
