Pros

iconic products, fantastic diversity/culture, decent benefits, brand image isn't as superficial as many of their closest competitors

Cons

products can be purchased for cheaper prices at big box stores, unstable hours, asking for vacation time is like asking to be fired, poor communication within management team due to overworking

Pros

Great sense of care towards the local community.

Cons

They hire almost anyone it seems. And they hire in bulk, so our shift amount is pretty bone dry. Not to mention shifts are 4 and a half hours. They're very strict on quotas and for the minimum wage we make with such short hours, it's almost ridiculous. When customers come into the store, some of the managers want us to be very pushy towards them and more often than not it turn-offs the customers.
